PIERS TI® (Trade Intelligence)

Direct, immediate access to the primary source for the trade intelligence essential to maximize business growth while minimizing risk--PIERS U.S. import and export data. Data is refreshed daily and covers transactions up to 36 months of historical export data and 60 months of historical import data.

Sources: This is information gathered by PIERS directly from the bills of lading and manifests filed both manually and through the U.S. Customs Automated Manifest System (AMS). PIERS adds value by auditing, standardizing and validating the data, and by assigning harmonized tariff codes to all manifest commodity descriptions.

Features:

Newly released third-generation PIERS TI sets a new standard for sophisticated search, download and report-generation capabilities, while providing an enhanced user experience.

Search Features
  • New with TI 3.0! Search up to five years of import records or three years of exports from a single user interface.

  • Start a new search … or select a previously saved search and save time on periodic updating and comparison. The most recent saved searches are listed on the Search page; more searches may be archived in the Saved Searches library.

  • Customize searches to focus precisely on the information needed. Select a direction (import or export); specify a time frame; and choose from a broad range of search criteria, including company names, carriers, points of origin, ports of arrival or final destinations; commodities … and more.
